Matrescence Workshop

In our modern world we have so little time for rest and reflection, and it can be even harder when we have young babies and children to care for at home. But when we do make time for ourselves as mothers to connect with how we feel, what we need, and how we want to shape our lives... the results can be magical.
In this workshop, we will use meditation, conversation and writing as a way to collectively and individually reflect on our experiences of motherhood so far.
Join for some “me time” and to connect with others. Coffee provided!

Sing & Share Winter 2024
Fridays 10.00-11.30, Schelmenburg, Bergen-Enkheim, 60388 (First Floor)
Join us as we sing, play, and get creative! This workshop takes place over ten consecutive weeks (no class 7 & 14 March) and is open to babies aged 4 months - 24 months. We gather and greet the babies and introduce them to well-known English nursery rhymes and other familiar classics. We work through a new songbook each term. Every week there is an opportunity to share stories from the week, exchange experiences or just listen with a warm drink while your baby plays. There is always an optional craft available for you to collaborate on with your child.
This workshop is offered through the Matz Mütter & Familienzentrum.

Sing & Share Autumn 2024
Fridays 10.00-11.30, Schelmenburg, Bergen-Enkheim, 60388 (First Floor)
Join us as we sing, play, and get creative! This workshop takes place over ten consecutive weeks (no class 8 November) and is open to mums, dads, carers, and their babies (4 months - 24 months). We gather and greet the babies and introduce them to well-known English nursery rhymes and other familiar classics. We work through a new songbook each term, which will include some festive Christmas songs this Autumn. Every week there is an opportunity to share stories from the week, exchange experiences or just listen with a warm drink while your baby plays. There is always an optional craft available for you to collaborate on with your child.
